Turnkey installations
Our customers demand us to be more and more effective in project management, which can only be achieved by professionals who manage, coordinate and monitor the projects starting with conception stage, moving on to the execution and terminating with the commissioning of the installation.
INSERTEC develops projects for Turnkey installations as well as cost-plus pricing projects:
- In case of turnkey projects, INSERTEC takes care of the design of the installation, specifications, procurement, purchasing, construction and legalization regarding the industrial facility.
- In case of cost-plus pricing projects, the property developer is the ultimate responsible for purchasing and effects payment of the supplier, INSERTEC acts hereby only as procurement agent. The advantage of this method compared to a classic turnkey project lies in the fact that the property developer has an effective control over the installation and is not dependent on a fixed price.
